Refund policy

At zulavo.co.za, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipping to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Because many of our items are electronics, gadgets, perfumes, or lifestyle accessories, we follow a strict but fair return policy to ensure quality and transparency.


No Warranty / Guarantee

  • All products sold on zulavo.co.za are brand new and tested before dispatch.

  • There are no manufacturer warranties or product guarantees, unless clearly stated on the product page.


No Refund / Replacement Will Be Issued For

Zulavo does not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for products that are:

  • Broken, scratched, cracked, or physically damaged after delivery

  • Water-damaged, burnt, or tampered with

  • Used, worn, or showing any signs of usage

  • Missing original packaging, labels, or accessories

  • Reported after 7 days from delivery

Compulsory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any claim related to a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  1. Start before opening the package and continue without cuts until the product is fully unboxed.

  2. Show the courier label with your name, address, and tracking number.

  3. Clearly display the product condition and any defect or issue.

Claims without a proper unboxing video will be automatically rejected, regardless of reason.


Eligible for Return / Exchange (If Applicable)

A product is eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong item, wrong variation, or a defective/non-functional product.

  • You report the issue within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

  • You provide the mandatory unboxing video as proof.


Return Procedure

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery via Email or WhatsApp.

  2. Provide your order number, unboxing video, and a short description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies for a return.

  4. Once approved, we’ll send you the return address.

  5. Ship the item back using The Courier Guy, PUDO, PAXI, or Pargo (return courier cost is payable by the customer).

  6. After inspection, a replacement or refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.


Refund Processing (If Approved)

  • Refunds are made via the same payment method used during checkout.

  • Delivery and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • For partial refunds or exchanges, only the product value (excluding delivery) is refunded.


Important Notes

  • The unboxing video is compulsory for all refund or replacement requests.

  • Items bought on sale, combo deals, or clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Zulavo reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t comply with this policy.

  • All approved returns must be in original packaging with all included accessories.
