We deliver to all major cities, towns, and regional areas across South Africa.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Orders confirmed after 4:00 PM are processed the next working day.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and postal code are correct before checkout.
zulavo.co.za cannot be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, open, or appears tampered with — do not accept it from the courier.
Immediately contact our support team with your order number and a continuous unboxing video clearly showing your name, address, and parcel condition within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
Late Deliveries
While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, please allow a few extra days during peak seasons, sales events, or public holidays.
If your order has not arrived after 7 working days, please contact our support team with your tracking number.
